What can i wear with ballet flats (shoes)?

i recently bought my first pair of ballet flat style shoes and i don't know if they actually go with the outfit i bought them for.





they are black with whitish grey pinstrips...(sounds bad i know but they look pretty cute)





i was going to wear them with a casual suit ... it's black with type jean material. i also thought i could wear them with another outfit of black capris and a sleeveless collared shirt.





when i first tried them on with my outfit i thought they might not match so i asked my family who all said it looked fine





but then my best friend came over and said the shoes don't match with anything other than totally frilly girlly stuff.





i think maybe they might be okay. like they don't neccessarily go perfectly but they add a feminine touch to a business/casual type outfit.





so who's right?

hi, u can wear black skinny jeans in combination with white topic %26amp; ur shoes, that will look fantastic!





also for the office u can wear black office shorts in combination with the top short jacket (with white stripes will be okay), plus white transparent shirt (ans witth laced underwear of course ;)) and any kinda stocking not to make it a beech style like it was mentioned in previous answer %26amp; u will look super!

Reply:If they're black, you can wear them with mostly anything. Ballet flats look good with everything. But some designs aren't that stylish.
Reply:Check out some pic of Amy Winehouse... thats usually what she wears and she looks nice for the style she's going for...
