How do you make the bow on the D'orsay heels?? PICS INCLUDED?

I was wondering how I could make the bow (on the shoe)shown here:

I have 2 strips of cloth-like material that I plan to use to make the bows, which I'll hot glue onto my heels to jazz them up a little :)
