The zip on one of my boots has got stuck. The little flap of leather that sits inside the boot to cover the inside of the zip has got caught in it. I tried to cut the trapped material away but it still won't budge either up or down - luckily I managed to get them off without having to cut myself free lol. Can anyone help with how to fix this or know if a shoe repair shop can do it? Thanks :)

just take it to a shop before you nack it.
Reply:Try a pair of tweezers to pull on the leather. If no shoe repair is in town go to a good-- shoe store for help in correcting the problem.
Reply:if you just pull it up and down it should release itself....good luck....
Reply:Pull the flap as taught as you can and force the zip downwards if at all possible or hold the material back and force it upwards - a good cobbler would be able to replace a zip.
