I need help on my art homework..?

I need to create an object from unusual materials. I need to design and create an article of clothing (shirt, hat ,tie, pants, sunglasses, etc) out of materials that normally aren't used for clothing. OR design and create some other sort of product out of atypical materials.





Examples:





A dress made out of cd's


or A shoe made completely useless by glueing tumb takcs to the inside of the bottom of the shoe, then paitning the entire thing in bright colors.

Make purses out of cigar boxes, paper clips, bubble wrap.
Reply:I've seen weird designs of clothes from a condom dress to one made entirely of unused tampons, I saw on tv a girl making a dress out of duct tape. It's whatever you can find that's unusual and weird.

Reply:when i was a kid in school ..we used to make all kinds of things out of newspaper and Elmer's glue its really very simple cut strips of paper into say 2inch by 4 inch's. get a bowl of warm water and pore ln some Elmer's glue in to it and stir it around till it mixes.wet out the paper. start by laminating them togather till your imagination builds a hat or something this is nothing new they probably still do it in the first grad...heck its an idea.

Well, ok, if you say so. How about a bunch of empty toilet paper and paper towel rolls to make a boyfriend! Use toilet paper for the hair. a long paper towel roll for the.....

for my art history final this was one of the options, to do what u have to do, but I went with metal work...
