Im going to my friends' wedding. My dress is knee length, a turqoise, blue, white and black combo...it has a large swirl type pattern with the colors. It has a high waist and flows away from the body. Its silky material and spaghetti straps which I am going to wear a cardigan over. The waist band part is black so I want to wear black shoes. I am not sure if i should wear plain black ballet flats or black strappy high heels?? I think the heels make it look a little skanky--but the flats make it too casual...im not sure.

The strappy shoes are sort of like this except the laces are satin and the front part is a simply criss cross with the same satin lace that then connects to the back part loop.

I cannot see the 2nd link but I used your first link to find something...you DO NOT want to wear flats to a wedding ......heres a great option these shoes are beautiful and have a low heel .
