Bleach Cosplay help [Costume design]?

Can anyone help me on how to make a Bleach costume, like patterning, basic sewing, materials, etc. Help needed!


I have no idea where to begin sewing or what materials to buy. I'm going to cosplay as Soi Fong and I also need to know where I can buy the flat black shoes and how to make gloves.
